SHIPPING POLICY:
Processing Time: 2-7 business days.
Processing is how long it will take for me to prepare your order for shipping.
Please allow 2-7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process your order.
Shipping Carrier: USPS. 2-7 business days.
Shipping is how long it will take USPS to ship your order from me to your door/PO box. For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact USPS and have your tracking info ready. Honey Girl Skin is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Shipping Damages & Issues: Please keep in mind that once packages are dropped off at USPS, any lost, stolen, or damaged packages are out of my control!
If any issues may occur, please contact your local USPS!!! Once I drop off orders at USPS, whatever happens is out of my control and I cannot do anything on my end.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
All sales are FINAL. Honey Girl Skin doesn't accept any returns and does not do refunds. But please feel free to contact me if anything may occur! REMEMBER our shipping policy when it comes to shipping damages and issues.
